Since 2011, I've been a licensed counselor and mental health service provider, as well as a licensed Certified Psychological Assistant to complete psychological evaluations. I also carry certification as an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist.
I work with many local families around middle Tennessee, as well as providing telehealth sessions to international clients. The majority of my focus is working with individuals who have autism/aspergers, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other related issues. For community service, I am available for speaking to teachers, churches, and other organizations to educate about effective methods to use with children who have social and behavioral challenges. Previous speaking engagements have been in local schools and organizations, and I have also appeared on the TV program "Joy In Our Town."

A new mindset can make an incredible positive difference for one’s mental health.
My specificity in wanting to work with people on the autism spectrum comes from a couple of different reasons. My youngest brother has autism and has struggled with his mental health. It was difficult to find providers for him. Helping people that have fewer resources has been important to me and working with people on the autism spectrum and ADHD has been another way to provide in this area. Mental health therapy is a resource that needs to be available to everyone, and my hope is to provide more opportunities for that.
I grew up in northern New York where I graduated from Potsdam State University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts. After moving to TN several years ago, I got my Master of Arts in counseling from Liberty University. In my free time, I enjoy long walks in the woods as well as watching some good comedy and playing board games. The weekends are a great time for me to spend time with friends and family.

My passion lies in working with children and adolescents, particularly those on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.
Outside of the therapy space, I’m a big family person—completely obsessed with my dad and little brother—and a proud dog mom. I spend a lot of time walking, doing Pilates, and diving into independent research (I genuinely love reading psychology books and staying up to date on new articles). I also enjoy baking, watching comedy, and spending time with my long-term boyfriend.
I hold dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University, where I continue to deepen my clinical knowledge and therapeutic skills.

I hold dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University, where I continue to deepen my clinical knowledge and therapeutic skills.
My professional focus centers on supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and a range of other mental health conditions. I bring a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and developmental therapy, which I incorporate into collaborative parent training sessions to promote consistency and growth beyond the therapy room.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a two-year-old daughter and dog mom to two pups. I cherish time with my family—whether we’re at the park, splash pad, library, or just cuddled up at home watching movies and sharing popcorn.
