We accept many types of insurance, and you can also pay out of pocket. Please contact us to see if your insurance is accepted.

Yes, but ONLY if it is an initial consultation by phone. We can recommend an alternate therapist if our services are not a good match for your needs.

You will need to bring your insurance information. If you do not have insurance, you will provide card information to pay out of pocket for visits. You will fill out an application form that includes information that helps us learn better about you. This information is held confidential according to HIPAA guidelines. 

Rates vary based on therapist and service provided. We provide a Good Faith Estimate disclosing these rates and services.
